Care for the environment is an integral part of the general policy of Araco. We meet at least the applicable environmental laws and regulations. We try to reduce the environmental impact of our activities in each area. In doing so, our source-oriented measures preferable effect-oriented measures. Less energy, delivering a cost saving. We are continuously looking for affordable sustainable alternatives to products from our range. In order to ensure that our production does not have a negative impact on the environment, we are in possession of the ISO 14001 certification. We also have a product line of recycled material in our assortment. The use of an integrated quality and environmental management according to the guidelines of the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 helps us.
By having the Colaris 3 printer close to our office in Enschede, we can contribute to being Eco-friendly!
Why? Well, since we handle the production of reactive printing close to where our customers are located, we can adjust to their wishes quickly and save carbon emissions by cutting transport. Moreover, since our 100% cotton fabrics are sourced from Europe, we can guarantee great quality and good working conditions throughout our supply chain. Thereby, since reactive printing with Colaris 3 is very efficient we have minimal waste during production. And maybe most important: our Oeko-tex certified, 100% cotton fabrics are printed with Dyestar inks. Because of this, we can meet all current ecological specifications!
